The Member Engagement Program strengthens our union by helping grow market share and improve jobs, wages, and benefits. Through CREW, we connect members, remove barriers, and build a strong, diverse workforce.
The Member Engagement Program (MEP) exists to build belonging, develop leaders, and strengthen unity while recruiting and retaining a diverse, engaged membership, all in support of protecting the future of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters.
