Bridge Foreman/Project Superintendent

POSITION SUMMARY
The Bridge Foreman / Project Superintendent leads daily field operations on bridge construction and rehabilitation projects.
This is a working leadership role responsible for crews, equipment, subcontractors, safety, quality, and production. This is not
an entry-level position. Prior bridge construction and supervisory experience is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and supervise bridge construction crews
• Assign work and manage daily productivity
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Enforce MIOSHA, MDOT, and company safety policies
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Complete daily reports, timesheets, and production tracking

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience as a Bridge Foreman or Project Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of bridge and heavy civil construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience on MDOT projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide
