Job description
Local contractors are seeking multiple Project Managers that oversee complex lifting, rigging, and Millwright installation projects from planning through execution.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop lift plans, schedules, and work scopes for crane and rigging operations
Coordinate labor, equipment, and logistics to ensure safe and efficient execution
Client Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues
Safety & Compliance
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
Review lift plans, conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), and ensure all operations meet regulatory and site-specific requirements
Budget & Cost Control
Estimate project costs, track expenses, and manage budgets
Approve invoices, monitor profitability, and adjust plans as needed
Scheduling & Resource Management
Coordinate crane operators, riggers, trucking, and specialized equipment
Ensure proper allocation and minimize downtime
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project records, including permits, lift drawings, inspection logs, and daily reports
