Carpenters Needed for the National Loon Center Project

Classification / Rates:
Journeyman Carpenters will be dispatched at the Local 361 Journeyman rate.
Apprentices dispatched at their applicable home Local rate.

Manpower / Experience
Priority to members with residence in close proximity to Crosslake, MN.
Mass Timber construction experience is preferred.

Rigging certification is preferred; however, qualification or strong rigging experience and demonstrated competency will also be considered.

Travel / Subsistence
Travel/subsistence to be handled in accordance with the Local 1934 provisions.
For reference, the applicable thresholds are shown to be:
0–50 miles: No subsistence
Over 50–80 miles: $15/day
Over 80–120 miles: $25/day
Over 120 miles: $30/day
The agreement also provides the option of accommodations in lieu of subsistence where applicable.
