Dispatch System

As a member of Northern Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters, you have access to DISPATCH if you become unemployed. To register for DISPATCH, please follow the steps below.

Step 1:

Fill out and complete the online job skills form below with all your professional qualifications, certifications, skills and preferred work areas.

Once you submit,, it will be sent to the Ready-to-Work Dispatch skills inbox.

Please note: Filling out and submitting a skill sheet does NOT automatically place you on the Ready-to-Work list. Additionally, if you need to remove skills or secondary areas after you original skill sheet has been submitted, please email skills@nmrcc.com and include your name, member ID and local number.

Step 2:

Once you have completed and submitted your job skills form, call Ready-to-Work Dispatch at 1-877-558-6699 to register.

You will need your UBC ID number and will be prompted to create a PIN.

Step 3:

Once registered with Ready-to-Work Dispatch, place yourself on the "Ready-to-Work List" by following the prompts.

Being on the "Ready-to-Work List" is also required to be eligible for state unemployment compensation.

Step 4:

Job calls and text messages from Ready-to-Work Dispatch will come from 877-558-6699.

Please save this number in your phone as "Job Offer" and set a special ringtone so you know when a job call is coming in.

Step 5:

Once you have registered for DISPATCH and placed yourself on the Ready-to-Work list, you must call in and renew your DISPATCH placement every 30 days or before to stay on the Ready-to-Work list. To renew your placement, call 1-8 77-558-6699.

If you qualify for a job, you will receive a phone call from Ready-to-Work Dispatch describing the details of the job.

You will have the option to "Accept" by pressing "1" or "Decline" by pressing "2". Please note, you must listen to the entire message before pressing to accept or decline.

If you hang up or are disconnected from the call, Dispatch will assume you are declining the job opportunity. If this was by mistake, please contact Dispatch at 1-855-987-2020.

Dispatch member portal

The Dispatch Member Portal gives members access to their own skill sheet, a list of previous employers, past Dispatch calls, and the ability to add or remove themselves from the Ready-to-Work list. Members who wish to create a Dispatch Member Portal account can visit ncsrcc.unionimpact.com, click on "Need an Account" and register as “member” to begin the registration process. Instructions on the process are attached and are also available below.
